"Loving Audi so far!!!"

This past Monday I experienced a concern with my car starting. Naturally I called Andrea Herman @ Airport Audi considering she assisted me not too long ago. Andrea' s first response was that there were no openings until the following week. After a second or two she said well if your car doesn't start one day that won't be too good so bring it in tomorrow and we will test your battery etc. I was immediately greeted by Andrea and taken care of. She offered me both lounges so I went up to the 2nd floor. I had a nice area to work, have a beverage and enjoy the spectacular view of the planes landing @ Toronto Pearson Airport! Apparently Andrea tried texting & calling and when she couldn't reach me she ran upstairs and notified me the minute my car was ready. We went downstairs whereby Andrea gave me my paperwork (faulty battery covered under warranty) my keys, a nice warm goodbye. Got to my car and it was freshly washed and is running perfect.! So grateful for Andrea for making it an easy, quick, professional experience. Loving Audi so far!!!

"We recently purchased a car with Joe Colletti..."

We recently purchased a car with Joe Colletti. Joe was a fabulous salesman, very calm and knowledgeable. We have been to other dealerships and practically had to issue a restraining order because the sales people are so pushy and aggressive. Joe carefully went through every detail of the car with us before and after pickup. I joked that I wanted a bow on my car and Joe delivered! Ross Ramsay in finances was equally professional and a pleasure to do business with. The dealership is beautiful spacious and clean which put our mind at ease during these Covid trying times.

"Audi Mississauga Airport Experience"

I admit… that when it comes to dealing with car salespeople or dealerships, like most of you, I am both reluctant and skeptical. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I found quite the opposite true, when dealing recently with Ross Ramsay, the Financial Services Manager from Audi Airport. The matter at hand was a lease buyback. As part of the process, I had to deal with Ross. He greeted me in the showroom, like the uniting of two long lost friends. His energy was infectious. He presented himself as someone that no matter what would happen, he would be able to both handle it and even overcome it. For this specific lease transfer, there was little or no monetary gain for Ross. Despite this fact, he still treated me as a cherished customer, and made me feel like a much welcomed new member of the Audi family, while providing me an "Audi-this world" experience! Kudos to the Audi Airport Dealership for truly working together like a business family. From a warm welcome upon entry, right up to the end of receiving my vehicle after service (Matthew Lewis), the whole experience was genuinely pleasant. I look forward to my future interactions at this location.

"Surprise birthday gift"

Tim Clarke helped my husband pull off a wonderful surprise birthday gift of a new SQ5. He helped him decide between different vehicles, was patient, went above and beyond in keeping the whole purchase a secret until he delivered it to my birthday dinner at a restaurant. He wrapped it in a bow and wrote a birthday message in the showroom. I love my SQ5, and Tim has continue to provide amazing customer service since then, assisting in setting up MyAudi, and sourcing tires etc. We have purchased many vehicles overs the years, and none of these experience has been as superb as with Tim at Mississauga Audi. Their service department are amazing too. We will definitely be back when we're ready to buy again.
