STEP 1

Call, email or book your Service & Fly appointment online at least 48 hours in advance of your departure.

Please specify that you would like to use our Service & Fly program when booking your appointment.

STEP 2

Drop off your Audi vehicle at Audi Mississauga's Airport dealership 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. If you are arriving after-hours, please use our after-hours parking area, and place one (1) of your keys in one of the supplied envelopes from our after-hours drop box after having filled in your information.

Please remember to bring two (2) sets of keys so that you are able to access your vehicle should you return when our Service department is closed.

STEP 3

Receive a complimentary shuttle ride to Pearson International Airport during our regular Service business hours.

Note: If you are dropping off your vehicle while our Service department is closed, you will need to arrange your own transporation to the airport.

STEP 4

Your Audi vehicle will be serviced by our expert team of Audi technicians so that it is ready for upon your return. Detailing packages are available as well upon request. 

We will contact you once we have checked in your vehicle and reviewed any maintenance, diagnosis or repair work to be completed, as well as when the work has been completed. Payment will be collected electronically, and we will arrange to return your second key to you if you are arriving outside of our regular business hours.

Note: Customers are responsible for their own transportation back from the airport to Audi Mississauga.
