Position Summary:

As Team Lead/Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for Shop production that includes, inspection, maintenance and repairs of automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. You are a hands-on team leader, who will work closely with Service Manager and will also execute basic care maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs. Duties:

  • Meet and greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services.
  • Confirm follow up service appointments by telephone the day before the customer is scheduled to arrive and conduct post-repair follow up.
  • Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer.
  • Demonstrates behaviours to ensure that each customer encounter is consistent with the Bramgate promise of Easy, Efficient and Enjoyable interactions always.
  • Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
    Understands the customer service measurements used in the Audi network.
  • Identifies, recommends, and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement.
  • Complete customer surveys. Maintain a customer follow-up system with all customers to confirm satisfaction with their service experience.
  • Identifies repeat customers and treats them accordingly.
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
  • Organize, maintain, and coordinate Company records and files in their proper locations.
  • Where necessary, assist in the compilation of data for various reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or post-secondary courses.
  • 2 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury automotive environment.
  • Cashier experience.
  • Automotive workshop process and product knowledge.
  • Previous experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software an asset.
  • Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy).

Position Summary:

As Concierge/Receptionist, you will be responsible for a number of clerical and administrative duties for the entire dealership. Duties:

Greeter -Service Support:

  • Participate and ensure compliance of COVID-19 protocols for visitors.
  • Greet customers entering the dealership in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. As the first point/or last point of contact onsite, provide a consistent, high standard of customer experience that conforms with Bramgate's promise.
  • Personally, direct customers to the relevant department (i.e., introduce to Parts, Service, Sales, etc.)
  • Offer all customers refreshments upon arrival through the Showroom or when circulating customer waiting areas.
  • Liaise with the Service Advisors and Appointment Coordinator on shuttle and service loaner vehicles for Service guests.
  • Complete loaner vehicle contracts electronically, recording drivers license and insurance information where necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Shuttle Driver(s) on guests requiring shuttle transportation to nearby areas.
  • Direct guests to their loaner vehicle to help them get on their way quickly and efficiently.
  • Check-in service loaner vehicles as necessary and working with the Service Concierge/Drive-Thru attendant.
  • Make sure all customer waiting areas including the café are kept clean and stocked with refreshments and snacks.
  • Note any re-stocking of refreshments and snacks required, bringing it to the attention of the Service Manager.

Greeter - Sales Support:

  • Attend the daily Sales team meetings to be aware of appointments or other events.
  • Coordinate between the BDC and Sales team for any e-leads or appointments made.
  • Ensure Sales Executive is assigned, prepared, and mirror hang tags are completed and handed off at least 30 minutes prior to appointment times.
  • Record traffic of all people walking into the showroom/Sales department per Company procedures.
  • Assign new walk-in customers to the next Sales Executive based on the rotation established for each shift by Sales Manager.
  • Other duties as required.

Reception Coverage:

  • Participate and ensure compliance of COVID-19 protocols for visitors.
  • Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner, answer queries and provide information.
  • Announce visitors according to Company procedures.
  • Promptly answer telephone in a warm and inviting manner.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representative or department.
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and process customer payments, customer accounts, petty cash, and cheque requisitions.

Position Summary:

As Service Technician, you will inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. You will complete basic care maintenance like tire rotations and oil changes, diagnosing complex problems, and planning and executing vehicle repairs.

Education, Skills and Experiences:

  • High School diploma, or post-secondary education.
  • Valid Automotive Service Technician trade certification.
  • 2-5 years of direct work experience in automotive repairs and service with luxury vehicles.
  • Extensive knowledge of different automobiles and their service needs.
  • Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional demeanor. Efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
  • Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Position Summary:

The Customer Communications Specialist is responsible for answering in-bound leads from customers via email, phone    and chat. They will initiate calls to schedule and confirm appointments in English. In addition, their duties    include regular communication and follow-ups to existing customers, as well as the management of specific    communication campaigns.

Duties:

       
  • Answer emails and telephone calls from customers who have demonstrated an interest in the company's products

  • Communicate with customers by phone or email to provide information and promote business opportunities and/or to        book and confirm appointments

  • Assist customers during their navigation on the website
  •    
  • Chat online with customers surfing on the company's website
  •    
  • Provide information on and actively promote motor vehicles or promotions
  •    
  • Enter the result of each communication into the CRM software and perform necessary follow-ups
  •    
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always maintained
  •    
  • Build trust and maintain a solid business relationship with customers
  •    
  • Provide proactive communication with each customer after conclusion of sale
  •    
  • Source/find opportunities for renewal and for new business through multiple contacts with the dealers' customers   
  •    
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops and individual development sessions
  •    
  • Perform any other assigned tasks
  •    
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

       
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  •    
  • Fluent in verbal and written English language
  •    
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
  •    
  • Outgoing, positive, 'smile' on the phone: fully grasp and apply the best practice guidelines for outgoing /        incoming calls, emails and campaigning
  •    
  • Previous Call Centre experiences. Able to manage 40-60 telephone calls per day
  •    
  • Able to write simple correspondence, including email, chat and SMS, etc.
  •    
  • Knowledge of vehicles, equipment, and/or services offered
  •    
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Email, Excel and Word
  •    
  • Able to maintain filing systems and basic database
  •    
  • Strong customer service orientation
  •    
  • Previous CRM experience an asset
