Key Responsibilities:
As Audi Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for the solicitation, development and booking of new business, as well as the retention and renewals of existing customers through effective sales techniques and relationship building. This is a commission-based Sales position. Your energy, self-motivation and customer focus commitment will make you the ideal candidate for this exciting position.

What you bring to the role
The key skills and qualities of an Audi Brand Specialist:
  • Post-secondary education or college courses preferred.
  • Active relationship building. Able to use various Social Media platforms to promote products.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Solid mobile vehicles sales experiences.
  • Valid G driver's license required. OMVIC license required.
  • Able to maintain a safe driving record. Driver's abstract required.
  • General knowledge of automobiles.
  • Willing to learn new skills and products features.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Strong knowledge of store policies and procedures.
  • Hands on involvement.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

As Body Shop/Collision Repair Technician, you will be responsible for structural and intricate metal repairs, and will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle while playing a pivotal role to Bramgate Collision's promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will:

  • Inspect and assess damage to vehicle.
  • Dismantle and repair vehicles as per insurance guidelines and standards at the collision repair facility.
  • Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
  • Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
  • Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
  • Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
  • Use of frame equipment.
  • Advice customers/insurance on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements.
  • Test and adjust units to specifications for proper performance.
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
  • Other duties as required.


What you bring to the role

  • High School diploma, or post-secondary education.
  • Valid Body Shop/Collision Service Technician trade certification.
  • 5 years of direct work experience in automotive repairs and service with luxury vehicles.
  • Extensive knowledge of different automobiles and their service needs.
  • Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
  • Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract.
  • Safety shoes.
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.

Position Summary:

As a Service Apprentice Technician, you are committed to learning and growing. Currently enrolled in the Apprenticeship program, you will support the Audi Service Technicians completing daily work assignments for services and repairs. These include vehicle clean-up, as well as maintaining a safe and clean service workshop.

Duties:

  • Examine vehicles
  • Diagnose service requirements
  • Complete basic services and repairs
  • Assist Service Technicians with services and repairs
  • Maintain a safe, clean and tidy workshop
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or post-secondary education
  • Currently enrolled in Ontario College of Trades
  • Participates in on-going technical training as required
  • 1-2 years of direct work experience, preferably in luxury dealership
  • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Safety shoes. Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
